There are three new leather effect sofa beds ( to sleep 3 adults comfortably or 2 small adults or children at a squeeze) 32" flatscreen TV and 4G EE mi-fi router to logon to for internet access. 

MASTER BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE SLEEPS 4 TWIN OR DOUBLE BED AND SOFA BED.
The master Quad bedroom (sleeps 4) with double 'zip and link' bed which can be set as 2 singles or kingsize double bed, if you prefer, (please state your preference at the time of booking) There is also a double sofa bed in this bedroom. This bedroom is located to the rear of the building and has its own en-suite shower room with single shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. 

FAMILY BATHROOM
Off the hallway, this family bathroom has white fixtures & fittings: bath with shower over, WC and wash basin, & neutral wall tiles.

KITCHEN BREAKFAST ROOM
There is a further door off the hallway to the kitchen/ breakfast room with wood units, and black worktops. The kitchen window over looks the good sized walled garden. Equipped with Hob/Oven/Washing machine, slimline dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and fully equipped for your self catering needs. Small Table & 2 chairs for that early morning coffee.

The inner lobby leads to a flight of steps (there is a grab hand rail) leading down to the patio & surprisingly large garden, ideal for lazy summer afternoons and relaxation, for an al fresco evening or daytime meal. PLEASE NOTE SMALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES IN THE GARDEN as there is a drop from the garden to a walkway below.

PARKING
The apartment has a very rare off road car parking space charged at 10 a day in High Season (April to Sept) 5 a day in Mid Season (March & October) and included in the price in low season.
