The sitting room has a large sofa and two arm chairs, a flat screen multi-channel TV, video and DVD/MP3 player and overlooks the private outdoor terrace where one can enjoy outside eating on warm summer days.

The spacious, well designed kitchen is fitted with all the appliances you would expect to find in a first class apartment. Next to the kitchen is a contemporary style dining room which seats six people. The second shower room is located on this floor.
