Property Description
The Space

As you walk in the first thing you will notice is the lovely light and spacious entrance hall. leading off to the right is a new kitchen with built in appliances and a dining table for up to 6 people. You can access the private garden through some patio doors that has a table and chairs for those summer evenings to catch the last of the sun.

There’s a downstairs cloakroom that also houses a new washing machine should you need it.

As we go upstairs you will find a nice family bathroom with both bath and shower along with the essentials such as Shampoo & Shower Gel and quality towels.

At the front of the house on the same floor we have our cosy lounge with Flat screen TV and DVD Player for relaxing. The sofa also doubles up as a double sofa bed too.
Next door is the second bedroom that can be set up with either a double or 2 single beds depending on your requirements.

As we go upstairs to the 3rd floor we have the spacious master bedroom with plenty of built in storage for hanging clothes and drawers for everything else. There is also a nice En-Suite with a nice power shower too.

This is a lovely new family home perfect for individuals, couples or families in an excellent position to benefit from all Bournemouth has to offer.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire house and garden to enjoy throughout your stay along with 2 car parking spaces right outside the front door.

Interaction with Guests

We live locally and so will only be a phone call away should you need any help or assistance.

The Neighbourhood

Although in the Town Centre, the house is located in a quiet back street away from the hustle and bustle of the vibrants Bournemouth night life. You are just moments away from the main shopping high street full of big name stores and boutique shops.

Bournemouth train station is a 10 minutes walk away and the beach not much further.

This house is a perfect base to explore Bournemouth itself and enjoy the many attractions it offers such as the beaches, BIC, Cinemas, Pavilion Theatre, Russell Coates Museum, Oceanarium, Bournemouth Pier, Casinos, Bars and Clubs without the need for a taxi.

Getting Around

It also takes just 2 minutes to get onto the main dual carriageway out of Bournemouth and on your way to such other popular places as Poole, The New Forest, Weymouth, Ringwood, Southampton and London is only 1 hour 50 minutes away.

Other Things to Note

Please let us know how you would like the beds set up prior to arrival as we can have either a double bed in the master bedroom or 2 singles and the same applies to the second bedroom.
