Hamlyn Green makes a great home from home and is ideal for corporate guests and contractors working in the area as well as leisure guests. A well finished ground floor apartment with private entrance located off the Stratford Road in Shirley with great transport links to Birmingham, Solihull, NEC and the airport. Shirley high street and the Parkgate shopping centre is less than 5 minutes’ walk, which has plenty bars, restaurants, banks, and shops. Tesco and Asda supermarkets within 3-5-minute walk. 

The apartment offers a lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. We provide complimentary fast FREE WIFI. 

The kitchen has a full-size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster pots, pans, tableware, and utensils. We provide complimentary milk, tea and coffee. 

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a separate bath, sink, toilet, mirror with complimentary shampoo, shower gel and hand wash. 

The lounge/diner has a sofa, chair and dining table with four chairs. Large flat screen TV with NOW TV including NETFLIX. The bedroom is configured as three single beds (on request and subject to availability this can be configured to one king size and one single bed). 

The apartment also includes the use of a vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartments are professionally cleaned between each stay. For longer stays, the apartments are cleaned once a week with fresh towels and linen provided.

Self Service check-in gives the guest great convenience. Check in is from 4pm (key accessed from the key-box) Check out is 10am (Except Sunday which is 12pm midday). 

Public parking is available to the front of the property for overnight stays, however during the daytime there is parking restriction of 60 minutes 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Vehicles and contents are left at owner’s risk.
